It's just as I predicted, I am posting in the midst of procrastination. Well, I want to put all of this week's midterms on paper (or blog) so I can visually see what I need to do:
Mon: Review section for chem @ 7:00 pm
Tues:Calc midterm @ 7:00 pm
Dance practice @ 9:00 pm
Thurs:Chem midterm @ 12:30 pm
4 copies of rough draft due in section
I must make time for working out! Okay, let's see:
Mon: 3:00 - 4:30 pm: 30 minutes of stationary bike (HIIT)/25 minutes of strength training exercises/stretch-cool down
Tues:8:00 - 9:15 am: 20 mins of HIIT on stationary bike/20 mins on treadmill/stretch-cool down
9:00 - 11:00 pm: dance practice
Wed:2:30 - 4:00 pm: 30 mins of HIIT on stationary bike/25 minutes of strength training/stretch-cool down
Thurs:8:00 - 9:15 am: 20 mins of HIIT on stationary bike/20 mins on treadmill/stretch-cool down
Fri:3:00 - 4:30 pm: 30 mins of HIIT on stationary bike/25 mins of strength training/stretch-cool down
