I have been lacking exercise. Ugh, midterms.
  • Friday - nope. Studied for midterms and then went out.
  • Saturday - late brunch @ Souplantation with roommates, then farted around. Tried to study.
  • Sunday - woke up late, stayed at the library until 10:00pm studying.
  • Monday - took a midterm. Then studied for another one.
  • Tuesday (today) - took another midterm... then my period came. And now I feel hella tired.
:/ That's a week of being inactive! *feels muscles deteriorating* Back to the daily grind... starting TOMORROW! Hope everyone is having a better week (that's not filled with midterms)!

Don't be hard on yourself. I'm the same way and I find that when I get really mad at myself for not being motivated that I end up feeling uglier and I don't want to do anything. Just visualize what you want and get your school work done and then work out. If you go to the gym, then just bring a book you need to read and read it while on a stationary bike. It won't happen over night but it will happen for you.

Boo to periods! Make sure you eat plenty of protein to keep you going throughout the day :)

For a second I thought your post said "then farted" - I initially missed the 'around' that came after it. tee hee!
